This division is responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of our city's 56 buildings, equaling over 300,000 square feet of office and operational space, as well as all city street lights and water supply sites.

Lighting and Landscape Maintenance Districts

This division maintains safe and aesthetically pleasing streetscapes city-wide. This includes landscapes maintenance, landscape utility costs, tree trimming and replacement, and weed abatement.
