1. What hours are the City of Hemet parks open?

Most city parks open at 7:00 am and close at dusk. Simpson Park, Hemet's largest park, is subject to closure during fire season and hours change seasonally.

2. Can I take my dog to the park?

Dogs are not allowed in any parks, except for dog park facilities specifically designed for them. Currently, the city has one dog park at David R. Oltman Park, which is located on Cawston Avenue between Fruitvale Avenue and Eaton Avenue.
