On 09/30/13 at about 1:27am, Officer Matt Gomez saw a vehicle that matched the description of a vehicle that was stolen from B&W Pipe in the 900 block of N. State Street. Officer Gomez attempted a vehicle stop and the driver fled. A pursuit was initiated. The vehicle traveled N/B State St. to W/B Gilman Hot Springs Road. The vehicle continued W/B towards Moreno Valley and eventually stopped just east of Alessandro Street. The driver, Jason Baioa was taken into custody without incident.
The vehicle was taken from 490 N. State Street (B&W Pipe) on 09/23/13 during a commercial burglary. On 09/25/13 at about 3:55am, the owner of the business was checking her business and saw the vehicle back on her property attempting to burglarize the business again. The stolen vehicle fled the location and was not located until Officer Gomez saw it today.

Jason Paul Baioa, 43 year old of San Jacinto.
Charges:
Possession of Stolen Vehicle, Violation of Probation, Felony Pursuit.
