[ARCHIVED] Suspicious Vehicle Found to Have Stolen Property Inside

Hemet Police Arrest Cameron Stolen Backflow Device

On 02/18/13, just after midnight, Hemet Police Officer Matthew Hiatt conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of N. Inez Street. During the investigation, Officer Hiatt noticed a high value water back-flow device in the vehicle. It was revealed that the device was stolen nearby. The estimated value was approximately $1000.00.

Arrestee: Michael Allen Cameron, 32 years from San Bernardino
Charge: Grand Theft
