Public speaking comments must be submitted using the form below by 2:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. Providing your contact information is optional; however, by providing your contact information staff will be able to follow up on your request. Please note, the meeting minutes will reflect the name listed on this form. Comments must comply with the adopted Rules of Decorum found in Resolution No. 4545. Individual speakers are limited to 2 (two) minutes for their presentation. When providing comment, the commenter shall do so in an orderly manner and shall not make personal, impertinent, slanderous, or profane remarks to any members of the meeting body, staff, or general public.
